Regulations
The
legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of the
Internet shop must specify the terms of delivery and return of the
goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a reservation is called a distance contract (the Cabinet of Ministers).
Distance contract
This seller of the goods offered in this Internet store, on the one
hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person who makes
the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand,
concludes the following Agreement:
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the Goods to the Buyer, in accordance with the Buyer's order.
Delivery and payment arrangements
The buyer orders the goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of the goods to be ordered. The
buyer has the opportunity to pay for the item using the Internet-based
payment tools or paying the invoice prepared by the seller and ordered
by the seller by e-mail. The bill is prepared electronically and is valid without signatures.
The seller provides the delivery of goods within 20 days from the
receipt of the payment for the goods, the time of delivery agreed with
the Buyer.
Right of withdrawal
The
Buyer has the right to cancel the Goods within 14 calendar days from
the receipt of the Goods by sending the Seller a letter of refusal. The Seller sends the letter of withdrawal to the Buyer by e-mail at the request of the Buyer.
The buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the refusal letter. All expenses incurred in connection with the return of the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.
The buyer can not recieve the right of returns if:
ordered goods can not, by their nature, be returned, or they are perishable or can be quickly used;
ordered goods are made directly to the Buyer on an individual order;
Section
12, Paragraph six of the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of
Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for preserving the
quality and safety of the goods during the term of exercise of the right
of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse to use the right of withdrawal
or to compensate the Buyer if the product is damaged, during the period
of use, carelessly handling the product or failing to observe the
instructions, if the original packaging of the product is lost or if its
packaging is seriously damaged.
Data processing
By
entering the necessary information upon making an order, the Buyer
confirms that he has read and agrees that the data provided by him is
used to enable the Seller to accept the Buyer's order and to deliver the
goods in accordance with the requirements of the Republic of Latvia. By
entering information, the Buyer agrees that the notices related to the
processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to him by the indicated
e-mail.
Warranty regulations
Warranty starts from date of purchase.
Warranty is not valid if proof of purchase is not shown.
If the luminaire requires post-warranty repair, it is possible to do so by prior agreement with the seller.
